This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how VO Health, Inc. (“VO Health,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, as required by Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada law. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Consumer health data we collect and why

• Reservation and order information that shows you are seeking our testing services, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and records of your reservations and purchases. We use it to process your reservation, payment, and any refund; to communicate with you about your reservation or order.

• Website activity that may indicate interest in our testing services, such as the pages you visit and actions you take on our site. We use it to operate and improve our website.

Where we get it

• Directly from you, when you reserve, purchase, or contact us.

• Automatically from your device, through cookies and similar technologies we use on our website.

What we share and with whom

We share the reservation and order information described above with these categories of third parties, only as needed to provide the services you request:

• Payment processors, such as Stripe.

• Service providers that host our website, send our emails, and help us provide customer support.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access it, including a list of all third parties and affiliates we have shared it with or sold it to and a way to contact them.

• Withdraw your consent to our collection or sharing of your consumer health data.

• Have your consumer health data deleted.

Email Privacy@vohealth.co with “Health Data Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date. If a material change would apply to personal data we already have, we will notify affected customers by email before it takes effect and give them a chance to withdraw consent to the new use.
