Tests will be distributed via kits from VO Health's laboratory in New Haven CT, which will include an easy-to-use self-administered capillary blood device, user instructions, a warming pack, shipping label and shipping sleeve.

Kits can be shipped either to your establishment or directly to your members' homes.
