March 30-April 2

You're Invited to Build the Future of Longevity and Performance Science.

VO Health, a New Haven biotech company, is partnering with Crossfit Inguz on a cutting-edge research study to measure how hybrid training impacts VO₂ Max, performance and longevity. We're selecting a small group of athletes to join us March 30th-April 2nd (spots are limited).

VO₂ Max is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise, the strongest single measure of cardiorespiratory fitness and one of the most powerful predictors of long-term health. This study allows you to receive 1-2 laboratory-grade VO2 Max tests, guided by performance scientists, while contributing to the future of health and longevity science (a $500+ dollar value).

A higher VO₂ Max is linked to:

  • Greater endurance and work capacity

  • Faster recovery and better power sustainability

  • Lower risk of cardiovascular and metabolic disease

  • Improved overall lifespan and healthspan

You can read more about the study in the informed consent form - please read and sign prior to booking your VO2 Max test. If you have any questions, please email us at crossfitinguz@vohealth.co at any time.
